The official synopsis of the game reads: “Marvel’s Avengers begins at A-Day, where Captain America, Iron Man, the Hulk, Black Widow, and Thor are unveiling a hi-tech Avengers Headquarters in San Francisco — including the reveal of their own helicarrier powered by an experimental energy source.”

While the ending of ‘Avengers: Endgame’ left many fans sad, the makers now have something that will see Tony Stark alive and Steve Rogers aka Captain America remain young, unlike the film.

At the ongoing E3 2019 gaming expo, Marvel has finally unveiled their long-awaited official game.

The trailer of the game, ‘Avengers: A-Day’ reveals a new look of the core members of the team. When you look closely you will see that Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man or Chris Evans as Captain America don't look like themselves and it will take some time to get used to the new character designs.

“The celebration turns deadly when a catastrophic accident results in massive devastation. Blamed for the tragedy, the Avengers disband. Five years later, with all Super Heroes outlawed and the world in peril, the only hope is to reassemble Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.”

The game has been developed by Square Enix in collaboration with Crystal Dynamics, Eidos-Montréal, Nixxes Software, and Crystal Northwest. It will be an action-adventure game.

The game will release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Google Stadia and PC platforms on May 15, 2020.
