Katrina Kaif wants Anushka Sharma to put in a good word for her to Virat Kohli

Is Katrina Kaif eyeing an alternate profession? The actress recently posted a video on her instagram page that seem to indicate that the actress is eyeing a profession in cricket. 

Katrina can be seen batting and hitting of a few sixes in the video. Turns out the actress was playing a game of cricket on sets of 'Bharat' post pack-up. From the looks of it, Katrina seems to have aced her batting and even requested co-star and friend Anushka Sharma to put in a 'small word' on her behalf to the captain of the Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli. 

"Pack up ke baad #bharat sets as the World Cup nears @anushkasharma perhaps u could put in a small word for me with the captain of the team some room for improvement in my swing, but over all not a bad all rounder 🏏 #apnatimeaayega 📽@kkulsumsyeda" Katrina wrote in caption.

The actress has, in fact, been giving her followers glimpses of her look from 'Bharat' often. The actress had also posted a photo with crew members and actor Sunil Grover during lunch break from the film set, where one could see Katrina dressed in a traditional saree- perhaps her characters look in the movie. 

'Bharat' slated to release in June this year features Salman Khan in the lead role and is being directed by Ali Abbas Zafar.
