Fashion family drama 'House of Gucci' and western drama 'The Power of the Dog' dominated the nomination list of Screen Actors Guild awards.

Fashion family drama 'House of Gucci' and western drama 'The Power of the Dog' dominated the nomination list of Screen Actors Guild awards. The nomination list was announced on Wednesday for best performances in film and television in 2021.

The winners will be announced at a televised ceremony on February 27.

Both 'House of Gucci' and 'The Power of the Dog' led the field of film contenders and landed three nominations each.

'House of Gucci' was nominated for the group's top prize of the best movie cast. It will compete for that honour against 'Belfast,' 'CODA', 'King Richard' and 'Don't Look Up.'

The SAG Awards, voted on by members of the SAG-AFTRA acting union, are scheduled to be handed out at a ceremony in Los Angeles on February 27.

The results are closely watched because actors form the largest voting group in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the organization that will present the Oscars in March.
