Drake fuels romance rumours with Athiya Shetty as he writes 'my shetty', 'goddess' on her photo

Bollywood actor Athiya Shetty has curiously enough found a friend in American rapper Drake who became quite a rage with hit dance song with the lyrics ‘Kiki Do You Love Me’. As Athiya celebrated her birthday on Tuesday, Drake wished the actress and sent fans in a frenzy -- making them wonder if something is cooking between the two. 
 
Sharing with her fans a photo of how she brought in the 26th birthday, she captioned it: “This one was extra special and happy indeed. Thank you for all the love, wishes, and blessings. I truly feel so tremendously grateful and special. To my main people, I love you. You know who you are. PS: 26, be kind.”

Athiya looks cute in the picture with a birthday cap on her head as she cuts the cake. 

To this Drake commented: “Happy birthday to my Shetty a true Goddess. Guess who is watching ‘Mubarakan' 3 times on the tour bus in your honour,” and added a few hearts and laughing emojis. 

 
As soon as Drake commented on the picture, the actress's fans were pleasantly amused with many asking how the two knew each other. Some even asked if he knew Hindi and how he ended up watching ‘Mubarakan.’
 
If you dig closely in Athiya’s profile, you’ll know that this isn’t the first time when Drake has left a comment on her profile. Apparently, Athiya and Drake met at a nightclub in London and instantly hit it off. The two began following each other and have now become good friends. 
 
We clearly think something is brewing between them but we won’t be disappointed if this was just friendship.
