Deepika Padukone reveals Ranveer Singh takes 'longer in the shower, in the loo, longer to get ready'

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh made for an ultra-glamorous couple at a recently held awards show. The two bagged the Beautiful Couple Of The Year title as Bollywood celebs looked on and cheered them. 

While Deepika chose a black saree with what looked like a modern take at the good-old blouse, she kept her makeup nude with skin-coloured lipstick, minimal bronzer and blush on her cheeks. Ranveer, on the other hand, appeared at the awards night in a bright pink and orange, flower-printed three-piece suit and similar hued shades. 

The two struck a pose as they shared some images together, in addition to their individually-styled pics on Instagram. 

Deepika also won the ‘Woman of the Year’ award.

At the event, when asked about husband’s habits at home, Deepika revealed:  “He takes longer in the shower, longer in the loo, longer to get ready, longer to get into bed...” As the audience erupted in laughter, she clarified, “I said longer to get into bed.”

On the professional front, Ranveer was last seen in ‘Gully Boy’ with Alia Bhatt. He will soon start work on Kabir Khan’s 83’. Deepika, meanwhile, will soon start work on Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Chhapaak’ with Vikrant Massey.
