Story highlights

This is the second time that the James Bond film has been delayed. It was earlier supposed to release on February 14, 2020.

You will have to wait a bit longer to watch James Bond return on the screen as the release date of the upcoming movie from the successful franchise has been announced to have moved back.

What was said to release on February 14, the film will now come on theatres on April 8, 2020.

This is the second time that the James Bond film has been delayed. The film ‘Bond 25’ was originally announced in 2017 to come out on November 8, 2019. That was then moved to Feb 14 and now to April.

All of these date changes also had some of it because of the director of the film getting replaced. Earlier, Danny Boyle was supposed to helm it who was later replaced by Cary Joji Fukunaga.

Meanwhile, the lead cast remains the same as Daniel Craig will reprise his role as the most-loved spy of the world. Lea Seydoux, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris and Ben Whishaw will be seen reprising their roles from 2015’s ‘Spectre’ that was directed by Sam Mendes. This is how much Daniel Craig is taking home for the last film.

‘Bond 25’ will begin shooting on March 4, 2019. Fukunaga, whose feature credits include ‘Jane Eyre’ and ‘Beasts of No Nation’, has become the first American director in the history of the franchise under MGM and Eon.
