Bala: Ayushmann Khuarrana's latest mints Rs 43.95 crores in its opening weekend

Actor Ayushmann Khurrana is on a winning streak. His latest film 'Bala' has opened to god reviews across and has also been doing steady business at the box office. 

The film in its opening weekend earned Rs 43.95 crores. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the numbers on Twitter and cited how tier 2 and 3 cities contributed to the total earnings. Read WION's review of 'Bala' here.

Khurrana's last release, 'Dream Girl' had also done good business and earned over Rs 100 crores at the box office. Akshay Kumar had this to say after watching 'Bala' 

Directed by 'Stree' director Amar Kaushik, 'Bala'narrates the story of a young man suffering from premature balding. Apart from Khurrana the film also features Yami Gautam, Bhumi Pednekar and Saurabh Shukla.
