Look who's in town!

Chris 'Thor' Hemsworth is in India, guys! The 'Avengers' star arrived in Ahmedabad recently and will soon start shooting for Netflix film 'Dhaka' that co-stars Manoj Bajpayee and Randeep Hooda.

According to media reports, the Hollywood star was spotted at Ahmedabad airport, where he even obliged fans with selfies. Hemsworth, known for playing Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, headed straight to work after flying in over the weekend. The actor is likely to visit Mumbai in the coming days.

This isn't Hemsworth's first visit to the country though. He had visited India in 2015 and had travelled to Delhi, Agra, Leh, Goa and Dharamshala.

The film 'Dhaka', produced by his MCU directors Joe & Anthony Russo, is a thriller set in India and Bangladesh.

The film will be directed by debutant Sam Hargrave, who was Chris Evans’ stunt double in the several Marvel films.

'Dhaka' is reportedly an action thriller in which Hemsworth’s character will help rescue a kidnapped Indian boy from the Bangladeshi city of Dhaka.

Meanwhile, Hemsworth just wrapped up shooting for the much-awaited sequel of 'Avengers: Infinity War'. The film is due for release in May 2019.
