Ahead of his birthday, Shah Rukh Khan gets a hug from 'Thug' Aamir Khan

They may be rivals professionally but Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are known to be friends in real life. On Thursday SRK posted a photo on Twitter with Aamir which had the two superstars arm-in-arm, smiling at the camera. 

SRK captioned the image as, "Hug from the Thug....!! Beat that!”

Interestingly, both actors are gearing up for the release of their respective films. Aamir’s film ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ releases on 8th November, just a week later while Shah Rukh will have his film ‘Zero’ releasing in December.
 
It seems that SRK showed the trailer of the film to Aamir on Wednesday night as Aamir took to Twitter to praise the film’s cast and crew. “Guys, I just saw the trailer of Zero. Just one word... OUTSTANDING!!! Congratulations @aanandlrai ! #Katrina is fantastic! @AnushkaSharma is unbelievable! @iamsrk, you have outdone yourself! Can't wait to to watch the film! Love. a.(sic)” the actor tweeted.

Shah Rukh will unveil the highly anticipated trailer on Friday, his birthday. The film directed by Anand L Rai co-stars Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma and Abhay Deol.
